Processing Time

All orders made before 17:00 (5 pm) EET, are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there might be a slight delay in shipments. Kindly anticipate some extra transit days for your delivery. If a notable shipment delay occurs, we will promptly reach out to you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping with rates and delivery time estimates varying depending on your country and the selected shipping method, as outlined in the table below:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Refund or Returns

The rules regarding returns of living plants are governed by the European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive, which has been transposed into national law. Living plants are one of the exceptions from accepted returns, as they are considered products that are likely to deteriorate rapidly during another shipping. Due to this, we do not accept returns. We take great care in packaging your succulents to ensure that they arrive in excellent condition and they don’t move within the box so no bruises happen.Customer has the right to request a return or refund under the following conditions:
  • you received the wrong plant
  • the plant arrived dead or with issues that affects its life irrevocably (eg. fungus or total damage due to transit)
  • the succulents have insects (eg. mealies)
In such cases, the consumer has the right to a refund or replacement, but they must notify the seller  by emailing within a reasonable time of 72hrs after receiving the package and provide evidence of the damage or fault.After the expiration of the 72-hour period, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide refunds. It is important to promptly contact us within the specified timeframe if you wish to apply for a refund. We kindly ask customers to thoroughly inspect their order upon receipt and promptly notify us of any concerns or issues.v

Shipping Options (standard or express)

We offer several shipping options to best fit your needs, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping rates will vary depending on your location, the weight of your order, and the carrier selected.If you require a specific carrier or expedited shipping method that is not available in the options, please contact us using the chat on our site or the contact form. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide you with a quote for the additional shipping cost.
  1. We ship only within the European Union from Romania.
  2. We will ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
  3. We are not responsible for delays due to the carrier you’ve chosen (no matter if it’s standard or express shipping). In case the shipment is taking longer than the estimate on our website, please message us so we can contact the delivery company and try to speed up the process.
  4. Shipping time estimation in our “Shipping & Returns” page refer to business days, not calendar days. Different countries have different holidays and these days do not count because many times the courier services are not working on Holidays. In case your package did not arrive in the specified time frame and after proper investigation it is marked stolen or lost while in the hands of the shipping carrier, we will issue a full refund (plants + shipping).
  5. We are NOT responsable for any damages or death of the plants if you still choose to purchase and to ship during winter months. By proceeding with your purchase and choosing to have your order shipped during winter, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks involved. We will continue to pack your order with the utmost care using insulated materials, but it is ultimately your responsibility to make an informed decision based on weather conditions and select appropriate shipping options.
We work with several trusted carriers, including DPD, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure that your items are delivered in a timely and safe manner. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package’s delivery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please note that the tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We use door-to-door couriers to ship from Romania, a European Union member, to other EU member countries. This means your order won’t incur additional customs or taxes upon arrival in your country.

Nevertheless, Succublast cannot be held responsible for any taxes applied to your order if the courier cannot locate you at the specified address after multiple delivery attempts or if the package is rerouted to a different address. All fees imposed during or after shipping, are the customer’s responsibility.”

Steps to take in case of Shipping Damage

In the rare event your order arrives damaged please contact us in maximum 72hrs from receiving the package with clear photos of:

  • the damaged box (2-3 picture that shows the damage of the box)
  • photo of the damaged succulents
  • a detailed explanation on what happened.
  • your order number

If these 4 conditions are met, a refund will be issued for the damaged plants only, not for the shipping costs. By damages we mean clear photos of the hit/damaged succulents, not a few  fallen leaves due to shipment maneuver.

Unless you are able to provide clear photos of the damaged box (where your awb/tracking info can be seen so the package can be identified), and clear photos of your damaged succulents, we reserve the right to deny your refund request on no evidence basis.

If 72 hours (3 days) have passed since you received your order and you have not contacted us to request a refund, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund.
